Inclusive Leadership Circle at Zalando
At the Inclusive Leadership Circle hosted by Zalando last October, leaders came together to reflect on a simple but powerful question: what do people need to feel safe at work? Through an interactive World Café session, participants shared real challenges, exchanged perspectives, and co-created practical ideas they could take back to their teams. The conversations made it clear that inclusive leadership grows from empathy, honest dialogue, and visible commitment from the top.

Leaders in middle-management or senior leadership roles — such as Team Leads, Tech Leads, (Senior) Managers, Product Managers, People Managers, or Department Heads — who are committed to advancing equality and inclusion within their organizations.
