Our vision
Representation of diverse voices and unique perspectives on stage matters - as it inspires a more nuanced view of the world and at the same time creates a sense of belonging for underrepresented groups.
With Panelista, our aim is to provide access to a list of diverse speakers and panelists, so it is easier for event organizers to increase diverse representation on stage.
Our tool is community-driven and open to speakers of any level of experience and expertise. We help speakers set clear expectations and take the stage on their own terms.

Our plan
Phase 1
Build up a database of diverse speakers and panelists.
Phase 2
Design, build and train an event-based recommendation system for event organizers.
Phase 3
Add a feedback system for speakers to grow and for organizers to find references.
